Week 7 Thursday

Elizabeth and Wynn have now moved to a different settlement. The Indians there do not like Elizabeth and wont open up to her. She is very frustrated even though she knows it will take some time. She has just made a garden and is so happy that spring is here.

Week 6

Monday:   The book I am reading is When Breaks The Dawn.  This is an exceptional book ,and I would recommend it to anyone. I have just currently read a part where Elizabeth wants to be with child so badly, she is willing to go behind Wynn's back and get some medicine from a midwife named Big Women. For some reason, Elizabeth doesn't feel right when she decides to go see Big Women. Elizabeth never did go see Big Women and later found out from her husband, Wynn, that Big Women does witchcraft. Elizabeth is thankful that she didn't go to Big Women.

Week 5

Thursday: My book that I am currently reading is When Breaks the Heart. In the story, Elizabeth was just married her beloved Wynn. He is a member of the Royal North West Mounted Police. Elizabeth's best friend Nimmie has just returned from Calgary with her husband. They both are very close and do almost everything together.
