Week 1: Thursday

In my book, A Woman Named Damaris, Damaris has now run away from home.She left when her mom was taking a nap. She planned to make her move when her father went to town. She knew it would be sometime soon because she knew her father could not resist alcohol. He would take their money and spend it all on alcohol. She knew for sure that she must get away from him.
